Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a leading retail company who will be responsible for creating marketing content such as campaigns, activations and promotional material; both ATL and BTL. The role will work with our internal marketing team, content team, external copywriters and translators to create creative solutions
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Responsible for the interpretation of the creative brief and providing innovative, high quality and brand-aligned creative design concepts.
- ✓Actively contribute to brainstorming, design thinking workshops, and creative trial solutions that achieve business outcomes.
- ✓Create content which will catch maximum customer interest.
- ✓Produce creative solutions that are visually appealing and customer engaging.
- ✓Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
- ✓Continually learns and adjusts designs based on industry best practices.
- ✓Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
- ✓Work collaboratively with team members across all practice areas to explain and achieve brand alignment in support of our ‘one family’ approach to the market.
Requirements
- ✓Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design, Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design is preferred.
- ✓3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer.
- ✓Experience using project management tools.
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- ✓Experience in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- ✓Fluency in English.
