From candidates applying to vacancies: name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn URL, years of experience, job title, salary expectations, notice period, CV file, cover message.
From candidates submitting to the talent pool: the above plus preferred roles, industries, locations, work model preference, career summary.
From employers submitting a hiring request: company name, contact person, work email, phone, hiring details, message.
From visitors submitting a consultation or contact form: company name, contact person, email, phone, and message.
From visitors: standard web analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) via Google Analytics. No personally identifiable visitor data is collected unless you fill in a form.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process job applications and match candidates to relevant vacancies.
To maintain a talent pool and contact candidates about future opportunities they have consented to hear about.
To respond to employer enquiries and manage client relationships.
To send confirmation emails and relevant communications related to your application or enquiry.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing unrelated to recruitment services.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Active candidate profiles are retained for as long as the candidate remains in our talent pool and has not withdrawn consent.
Applications for specific vacancies are retained for up to 12 months after the vacancy closes, then archived or deleted.
You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

CV files are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage system. They are not publicly accessible.
Access to candidate data is restricted to authorised Northstar Talent Partners staff only.
We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Withdraw your consent to being contacted about future opportunities.
