Role Overview
We are looking for an Account manager For a leading Chemical Manufacturing Company who will be owning partner relationships end-to-end, drive portfolio growth, and act as a trusted advisor to key accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term partner success, directly contributing to revenue growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and multi‑site accounts
- ✓Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and growth roadmap
- ✓Identify, shape, and close high‑value GAIN opportunities across regions
- ✓Lead pricing, contract renewals, and margin‑improvement initiatives
- ✓Conduct in‑depth site assessments and deliver data‑driven recommendations
- ✓Deploy technologies to elevate productivity, food safety, sustainability, and quality
- ✓Track and communicate KPIs to demonstrate measurable value
- ✓Ensure strong coverage, risk mitigation, and competitive defense
- ✓Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and executive‑level reporting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- ✓2+ years in Corporate Accounts, Sales, F&B, Hygiene/Sanitation, Chemicals, or Technical Service
- ✓Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- ✓Experience managing large or multi‑site customers is a strong advantage
