Our service commitments
Northstar Talent Partners makes four commitments to every client and candidate we work with: we reply to inquiries within one business day, the first consultation is free and carries no obligation, recruitment placements include a replacement guarantee, and searches are handled confidentially with an NDA available on request. We are based in Cairo and work with clients across Egypt, the MENA region, and worldwide. This page sets out what each commitment means in practice.
These are commitments about how we work, not claims about results. We do not publish testimonials or placement statistics we cannot evidence.
Free, no-obligation consultation
The first conversation costs nothing and carries no commitment.
The first conversation is free. There is no fee for it, and booking one does not commit you to using our services.
You do not need a signed agreement, a budget, or a finalised brief to have it. It is a scoping conversation, not a sales gate.
If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so in that conversation rather than afterwards.
Replacement guarantee
If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed probation period, we replace them at no extra fee.
Recruitment placements carry a replacement guarantee: if the candidate we placed leaves within the agreed probation period, we run the search again and place a replacement without charging a second fee.
There is no single fixed window. The guarantee attaches to the probation period set out in your own client agreement, because that period differs between clients and roles.
The full terms — the probation window that applies to your engagement, and the conditions attached to it — are confirmed in writing before a search begins. That is the same agreement referred to in our Terms of Use, where commercial terms are agreed separately in writing before any recruitment service commences.
Confidential by default
Client searches and candidate data are handled discreetly. NDA available on request.
Client searches are treated as confidential by default rather than on request. Where a search is marked confidential, the vacancy is published on this site without naming the hiring company — you can see that on our current vacancies, which show the role and location but withhold the client.
Candidate CVs are only shared with an employer when a role genuinely matches. We do not circulate a CV to build a pipeline.
An NDA is available on request. Ask for one when you first get in touch or at any point before a search begins.
Where these are confirmed
The commitments on this page apply to every engagement. Anything specific to your engagement — fees, the probation window the replacement guarantee attaches to, and the conditions around it — is agreed in writing before work begins.
